the room cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. hairs everywhere! , and the noise from evening shows was unbearable. i expected to be upgraded for these inconveniences, but no one seemed to care. such a shame, I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t when i was treated like everyone else, not the superior guest i am.

Consider requesting a room facing the sea for a quieter atmosphere, as the noise from evening entertainment can be disruptive.

Speaking of entertainment, the evening shows can be excessively loud, running late, which definitely complicates things for families or others seeking a quieter atmosphere. the lack of an iron in the room was rather inconvenient, given the trouble of having to buy one just to get things pressed. many family rooms feel cramped, which might leave you juggling children and luggage in tight spaces. Lastly, I found that the food quality had its ups and downs. some meals were fresh, while others not so much, leading to a mixed dining experience.

i had a great time staying at this hotel for a birthday celebration in calafell. the superior room with pool view was spacious, and breakfast featured freshly baked croissants and local fruits, which exceeded my expectations. the evening magic shows added a fun twist to our stay.
